Today in Spanish class...
we were discussing how the term “cholo” and “chola” meant something different in almost every Latin American country. Like in Mexico it has a negative connotation, whereas in Bolivia it refers to indigenous people who are proud of their heritage. After all that was said and done we, for some reason, started talking about the so-called “cholos” from Mexico again....

Ever run away from home?
Yeah, when I was about 8 years old. Don’t really think it counts though…I told my parents that I was running away and ended up hiding in the backyard for about 3 hours, then I got hungry.

Today in the Walmart parking lot I saw an older couple, not exactly what you would call fit, leaving the store. The woman was carrying a bag and the man leaned over and took it from her. That’s when I saw him whisper something in her ear.
Suddenly she broke into a run, as did he. She won the race to the truck.
Her prize was a kiss.

What was the worst concert you went to?
I haven’t been to a concert that I haven’t liked. But there was a show where the crowd was HORRIBLE! It was on GK Tour with All Time Low, Friday Night Boys, Hey Monday, & We The Kings. I’m dying of lupus at age 17. I was brought home from the hospital to have my last week. I’ve been an avid Harry Potter fan for many years, and my mother is desperatly trying to find a way for me to see the new Harry Potter theme park. Little does she know, her love through all of this is far better than a day in Hogsmeade. She GMH.
